Refunds (less shipping fees) are only issued within 30 days of original purchase date and only for damaged or defective merchandise. Limited edition and other prints are non-returnable for other reasons. Advance arrangements are necessary before returning any merchandise, so please contact us first. Any returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging. Refunds issued for credit card orders will receive funds in the form of a credit to the account used for original payment.
