On the Tee Golf Print

Published in 1895, Half Hours with an Old Golfer was written by James McHardy using the pen name “Calamo Currente.” Among the pages of prose are four delightful plates illustrated by G.A. Laundy. Each is chromolithographed in vivid color. Golframes has reproduced each of the original plates and adapted them to the larger format. Below each image is the title, “On the Tee”, “On the Green”, “Through the Green”, and “Left in a Bunker”. The series makes for an excellent grouping for the golf connoisseur or any golf themed interior. Reprints are published in a limited edition of 250 of each image.

• Each Print is Numbered - Golframes prints that are limited are certified to a set production quantity. If the edition is numbered it will be shipped in sequence. • Renewable Wood Frame - Golframes uses renewable wood composite frames. These frames are durable and manufactured from recycled wood fiber. The surface and sides of frame sections feature a Canadian Walnut finish.
• Clear Styrene "Glass" - Styrene "glass" is a remarkably strong, flexible, and lightweight product that takes the place of traditional glass. We use styrene instead of glass so our products may be shipped without breaking. While clear styrene is produced through manufacturing, styrene occurs in the environment and is a natural component of many common foods, such as coffee, strawberries and cinnamon. Should you prefer glass in our framed products, the styrene is easily removed and may be recycled with other plastics.
